Over the weekend I saw the movie Courageous with my grandmother. I do have to say, it was a wonderful movie. Courageous is about how four men keep their faith in God and how they can work to be good fathers. I really recommend this movie to watch with your dad, it would be great. The four men stumble over many obstacles while trying to be a good father and keep their faith at the same time. They don't realize what they have till a tragedy occurs at home and it seems all is lost. They figure out that fathering is harder then keeping the city safe as cops.

Warning, Courageous is a tear jerker. You'll laugh your head off and then it'll feel like a slap in the face because the next moment you'll have tears in your eyes. The director did a great job with the movie and it really touched my heart, from the beginning scene till the end. Click here to watch a hilarious scene from the movie. (Here's a tip-The Mexican man in the scene man is a a good guy who is trying to scare the man from the gang.) I hope you have some extra time to check out the movie, possibly with your father.

Just thank your dad for everything he does for you. (And of course your mom too.)  They do so much for us and sometimes we don't even realize it. I strongly recommend this movie for those who are strong in their Christian faith, so maybe instead of hanging out with your friends Saturday night you can sit down and watch this movie with your father. It'll make you see everything in a different way and really be grateful for the time you have on Earth.

A song from the movie! :)
